Title: Loved the location

Yay, another noisy water tank and a shower with hot water that disappears like magic! It's totally fine though, I love the surprise of a cold shower in the middle of winter.

The airport being close was such a treat, just loved the constant noise. Also, the guest house being miles away from the universities made me feel like a true scholar navigating the wilderness.

Who needs parking instructions anyway? It was such a fun adventure finding a spot 400m away.

I chose this hotel for attending a roundtable discussion, as it provides easy access to the Culture and Convention Centre of Le Mans, which is just 600 meters away. The facilities at the hotel were great, with a comfortable and modern room that had all the necessary amenities. It made my stay convenient and enjoyable.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or a desk in the room. It would have been helpful to have a designated area where I could comfortably work on my laptop and documents.

The location was mind-blowing for exploring the old city centre, just a short walk away. We were blown away by the owner's hospitality, allowing us to use the free parking spot despite our late arrival. The room was super, exactly like the photos - modern, clean, and new. We were jaw-dropped by the well-equipped kitchen, complete with seasonings. The convenience of walking to the cathedral and square was a major plus. We wished we could've stayed longer than one night to fully enjoy the flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle, cookware, free Wi-Fi, off-site car park.

Despite arriving very late, the owner was incredibly kind and allowed us to use his parking spot for free. the room was exactly like the photos - modern, clean, and new. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they even had a kitchen with all the necessary seasonings. the location was great, as we were able to easily walk to the cathedral and the nearby square. I only wish we could have stayed here for more than just one night.

Oh, just a tiny detail: the water tank made noise every time I used the water, including the toilet. And the hot water for the shower didn't last long.

The Studio Cocon Ultra Centre Le Mans is conveniently located only 600 meters away from the bustling Culture and Convention Centre of Le Mans. It felt like being just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the heart of the action!

The double room at Studio Cocon Ultra Centre Le Mans was cozy and inviting, with a homely vibe. I loved having a stovetop and tea/coffee maker, perfect for making a hot cuppa anytime. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch too, great for relaxing in the evenings.

I personally found the lack of bed linen and towels in the room a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that this may not bother everyone and some guests might prefer to bring their own.

Personally, I found it a bit disappointing that the room did not come with bed linen and towels. However, I understand that some guests might prefer to bring their own to make it more personal.

The owner's kindness, free parking, modern and clean room, well-equipped kitchen, excellent location.

our stay at studio cocon ultra centre was fantastic - the owner was very accommodating, the room was modern and clean with a fully equipped kitchen, and the location was convenient for exploring the city on foot. exceeded expectations from our previous stay in le mans.
